ChristianKarate.org CKA - To the left is the logo for the Christian Karate Association. The SMB stands for SPIRIT, MIND then BODY. Spirit and Mind are most important, then followed by body. While physical pain prevents me from full participation all the time, the class is uplifting. Please go to the site to learn more by clicking on the logo to the left.

This is one of the most awesome Laser Quest sites I have seen. It's a lot more detailed than you will ever see on my page. The site is from an LQ member in Regina, SK. It's an awesome site I've enjoyed and hope you will too.
